GESMA Assistant conversations
When you use the GESMA Assistant, the conversation may be stored and reviewed by the GESMA team to respond to enquiries, understand audience needs, and improve the experience. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information in the chat.
Website analytics
With your permission, GESMA uses Google Analytics to understand visits, devices, traffic sources, and interactions such as viewing the vision film or joining early access. Chatbot messages, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are never sent to Google Analytics.
Retention and access
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, security, and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized GESMA personnel and service providers supporting these functions.
